First, we want to start by saying "Thank You" for being a faithful guest of Spectrum Salon. Below you will see the cancellation policy developed for you...our guest, your stylist, and the salon.

We Require At Least:

• 24 hours' notice for appointments under 2 hours in duration.​​

• ​48 hours' notice for appointments with a duration of 2+ hours.

Any appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service charges.

Any appointments that are "NO SHOW" will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s) charges.

​Our Policy
Did you know that we have at any given moment 3-10+ guests waiting on a cancellation list for appointments? While we do have a wait list, an opening with short notice, often does not get filled due to people needing to also adjust their schedules, make arrangements to leave work or find a sitter, etc. Some services require more/less time, and if a service for you is 2-4 hours and you must cancel, this is a large portion of our work day and income lost. Enforcing our policy helps us accommodate those who are eagerly waiting for an appointment.

Grace and Expectations
​We understand that accidents happen, people get sick or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with compassion and understanding.
